Hacienda Real Del Caribe Hotel Playa del Carmen

The hotel is conveniently located close to all the nightclubs, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the area. it is just a stone's throw away from the beach, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. Not to mention, it is also within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in town.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect for exploring, and the room I stayed in was large, clean, and had great air conditioning. Despite being next to the laundry room, it was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool at Hacienda Real Del Caribe Hotel was so refreshing and the room was always clean. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We felt safe day and night and the staff, especially Thomas, were super nice. I loved the hotel and definitely plan to stay there again.

We loved how this place was located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The service was excellent; we were impressed with how quickly our room was serviced and the laundry was taken care of. We also liked how they offered shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance to make our stay even more convenient.

Good wifi, excellent air con. Classic Mexican Colonial style. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Best location, central to the action. Clean and comfortable.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the proximity of the hotel to the main attractions. It was just a short walk to the beach and to the lively 5th Avenue. the staff was also friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't enjoy about our stay. the noise from the pool area could be heard in our room, which was a bit disruptive at times.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from the most popular area and favorite restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. And the view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the bustling streets of the city.

There was one negative aspect about the hotel. The bathroom window had a gap in it, causing some noise from the bars outside to filter in at night.

Close to everything but quieter than being on the main streets. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, providing a satisfying start to the day. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a terrace sea view restaurant and 24-hour availability for tea, coffee, and dinner.

Couldn't fault the hotel. Everything was excellent, and we couldn't find any negative aspects during our stay.
